What we hold about you, who else handles it, and how to have it removed. The Renwick Method is the controller of everything described here.
What we hold
Your name, email address, telephone number, the classes you have booked and any health note you have given us. Card numbers never reach the studio: payment is handled by our processor, and we see the last four digits and whether a charge succeeded.
Who processes it
FitNeo operates the booking system on the studio's behalf and a payment processor handles the card. Both are contractually restricted to processing data for us, and neither sells anything about you to anybody.
How long it is kept
Booking records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. A health note is deleted twelve months after your last class. The newsletter list is held separately from all of it.
Leaving the newsletter
Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link and one click is enough — you need not write to anyone or explain yourself. To have your account deleted outright, email studio@renwickmethod.com and it is done within thirty days.
