A twelve-reformer studio teaching the classical repertoire in its original order. Groups are capped at eight so a teacher can reach every apparatus in the room, and every new client begins with a class built around what their body will and will not yet do.

Three classes to learn the order
If you have not trained here before, this is the way in: three classes over three weeks, on any mat or reformer time on the timetable, with a teacher who will spend the first class on your alignment rather than your heart rate.

Which class to book first
Begin with Fundamentals. It is taught to the same syllabus as every other class on the timetable, only slower, and it is the class in which a teacher will explain what the springs are doing.
III · The teachers
Taught by seven teachers, all classically certified
Every teacher here holds a comprehensive classical certification and continues to take class weekly. That is the whole hiring policy, and it is the reason a Tuesday reformer class at seven in the morning is taught the same way as a Saturday one at ten.
