Cancellation and late policy

Cancellations are free until twelve hours before a class. Within twelve hours the class is deducted and cannot be reinstated, as the apparatus has been reserved and cannot be offered on again in time.
The window
Cancellations are free until twelve hours before the class; after that the class is deducted. The window is measured against the class start time in the studio's timezone, and cancelling is one tap in the booking confirmation email or in the member portal.
Late arrival
The door remains open for the first five minutes. After that we cannot admit you mid-sequence, as the order is continuous and the entry point matters. The class is not refunded, but telephone the studio and we will usually move it.
When we cancel
If the studio cancels a class — a teacher is ill and nobody can cover, or the room is unsafe — the class returns to your pack in full and everyone booked is emailed as soon as we know. A pack expiring that week is extended by the same number of days.
Waiting lists
If a place comes free you are told by email and text, and you have two hours to take it before it passes to the next person. Nothing is charged until you accept.
